AIHO was established in 1953 as an automobile parts processing company and transformed in 1957 to a K.K. company as a commercial kitchen equipment manufacturer.

1953 Founded as an automobile parts processing company.
1957 Transformed to a K.K. company.
1958 Turned into a manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment.
1995 Completion of new H.Q. buildings, the Main Building and the FS Center (show room).
2001 Headquarter office and factory obtained ISO 9001(2000 version) certification.
2002 Established AIHO Food Machinery （Tianjin） Co., Ltd., a joint venture in Beijing China
2006 Certificatied as an Aichi Brand Company.
2007 Set up the Korea office in Seoul.
2008 Established AIHO Food Machine （Shanghai） Co., Ltd., a manufacturing factory in Shanghai China
2010 Established AIHO Food Machine （Korea） Co., Ltd. in Seoul Korea.
